I like taking raw, slightly ugly data and turning it into something a business person can actually use: clear KPIs, simple visuals, and a short list of “here’s what we should do next.”
Recently I’ve built a sales profit dashboard to show which products and regions really drive revenue, analyzed customer churn to spot high‑risk segments and suggest where retention teams should focus, and used SQL and Power BI to build a customer cohort view so you can see how retention changes over time for different signup months.
